The latest generation of Mercurial Vapor pursues the idea of maintaining the lightness that has made Mercurial a benchmark on the pitch, –and takes it one step further to meet the football player’s greatest exigence: contact with the ball. An evolution of the upper fibre makes the boot even more flexible and ensures outstanding grip between the fibre and the ball even when both are wet. The other great innovation lies in the sole, as the fibreglass used in the previous model disappears to give way to a combination of pebax and nylon polymers, which are just as reactive and have far greater elasticity.
