Description
The Nike Air Max Up “Lady Liberty” honors the Big Apple with a bright green finish intended to evoke the Statue of Liberty’s oxidized copper exterior. The ripstop upper and its varying overlays work through a subtle range of tonal hues before brought whites are brought in at the liner and midsole for contrast. Heel clips and Air units take on a brighter green hue, a unit that rests adopt a cement grey undercarriage — much like Lady Liberty herself. Rounding out the theme is a set of metallic gold NYC-decorated dubraes , and just below, a mini gold Swoosh — both in ode to the Lady’s flickering lantern.
